Part of the Grand Massif mountain range (700m - 2500m), Morillon is linked to the wonderful powder bowls of Flaine, the medieval village of Samoens, the plateau village of Les Carroz, and the beautiful national park, Sixt fer a Cheval. During the ski season the wide tree lined pistes (265km of pisted runs) make it a perfect choice for all levels of skier or snowboarder, with some fantastic safe off piste areas. There's an air bag so you can practice your jumps and land them safely, and  a well maintained fun park.  Follow the links below to the Morillon website and Grand Massif lift office

"Vivez l"experience! Un village authentique"

The picturesque alpine village of Morillon is a laid back resort, centred around the main street of friendly bars and restaurants. Le Coin opposite the telecabine is perfect for an apres ski drink, buzzing with ski instructors, locals and tourists  and often has live music. In the Winter Lac Bleu has a lakeside ice rink which is great for the kids. There are also a good range of restaurants from family fare to local french dining. There is a lovely weekly market, selling local produce, alongside many specialist crafts.

Five minutes by car is the nearby village of Samoens. Here you can find restaurants, bars and an excellent range of speciality shops centered around the market square. or you can easily ski over during the day and get the ski bus back after a little apres ski in the afternoon.
