Courses run over 5 days. We ask that you plan to arrive around 5pm on arrival day, and we will spend the afternoon/evening getting to know everyone, give a chocolate demonstration and have a chocolate tasting session followed by the evening meal, taken together around our ancient table. The following 3 days are a mix of theory and practical sessions, where we create the magic with you! The 4th day is a free day to enjoy what our lovely village has to offer, markets, walking, rafting, fantastic restaurants, pools, lakes, it's all here!
