Courses run over 5 days. We ask that you plan to arrive around 5pm on arrival day, and we will spend the afternoon/evening getting to know everyone, give a chocolate demonstration and have a chocolate tasting session followed by the evening meal, taken together around our ancient table. The following 3 days are a mix of theory and practical sessions, where we create the magic with you! The 4th day is a free day to enjoy what our lovely village has to offer, markets, walking, rafting, fantastic restaurants, pools, lakes, it's all here! If you are taking the course as part of the DofE award we will organise a group activity for this day, that involves team work such as white water rafting, mountain hike, etc. On the 5th day, departure day, we help you package your wonderful creations for the journey home, have a feedback session and depart early afternoon for the airport.
